Site work for a mixed-use development in Yakutat, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The Bid Date has been updated to October 28th. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the RESPEC Administrative Assistant at 2700 Gambell St Suite 500, Anchorage, AK 99503 until October 21 ,2025 at 2:00 PM local time. The Project includes the following Work: This project will extend the CBY drinking water system out to the Airport properties which have been affected by PFAS contamination. It will provide 4,580-ft of 6-inch HDPE, 13,710-ft of 10-inch HDPE, 1,160-ft of 6-inch DIP and 2,550-ft of 10-inch DIP. It will provide services to 15 properties. A 500,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank will be provided as well as a 35-ft by 40-ft pre-engineered metal pump house. The pump house will include a 100 KW backup generator, a booster pump skid, chlorination equipment, and controls for maintaining tank levels and pressure in the distribution system.
