Terminal Lighting Upgrade Project It is the intent of the City of Wichita Falls to set forth minimum requirements necessary to award a contract for the replacement of approximately 205 existing pendant light fixtures and the repair/replacement of approximately 12 downlights in the restaurant of the Regional Airport located at 4000 Armstrong Drive in Wichita Falls, Texas. Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for the complete job. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or parts thereof, and to accept that offer considered most advantageous to the City.
