This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the Department of Corrections, Prison Enterprises, Raymond LaBorde Correctional Center, Garment Factory for their location at 1630 Prison Road, Cottonport, LA 71327. The contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2026. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
