Renovation of a municipal facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of temporary roof membrane and repair debris. Units 4 & 5 roof had a temporary waterproofing membrane installed Fall 2024 and openings in the roof were covered with plywood and secured with sandbags as necessary to seal up the roof for the winter/spring. The temporary repair items require removal and legal disposal in a landfill or recycled, if applicable. 2. Remove and replace damaged structural roof panels Remove and replace damaged structural roof panels in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided by Performance Engineering, Drawings S2.0, S2.1, S3.1. Assume removal and replacement at 20 ea locations for bidding purposes. Engineers inspection will be provided during replacement to determine if additional panel removal/replacement is required. 3. Replace the roofing system at NOS Units #4 & #5 Boiler Building Replace the roofing system at NOS Units #4 & #5 Boiler Building in accordance with the Project Specifications and Sheet 1 of 1 by Roofing Solutions, Inc. 4. Remove and replace in kind the damaged handrail at the roof parapet Per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.29 Fall Protection Standards
