Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Willis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope Question Deadline 08/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER in writing not less than five (5) business days prior to the date for opening of Bids Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Replace splitter box, replace grating walkway and handrails. Aeration Basins: replace and install 4" return-activated-sludge lines, replace 4" scum line valve, replace air header tubing with air drops, ball valves and diffusers, recoat walkway handrails, and recoat interior walls of basins. Clarifiers: recoat interior walls of clarifiers Chlorine Contact Basin: recoat air line headers, replace air diffusers, recoat interior walls of basin, install temporary chlorine contact basin for construction. Generator: recoat generator, including diesel tank, walkway platform, and handrails. Air Blower: install additional air blower, including electrical improvements.
