Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a 6,600-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; service station / car wash facility; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

A. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Architect/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. B. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. C. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. 2. Remove and dispose of existing buried sanitary waste hold and haul tank and associated piping, valves, and monitoring equipment. Obtain all necessary permits for the removal work with SCDHS. 3. Remove and dispose of existing buried fuel oil tank and associated piping, valves, and monitoring equipment. Obtain all necessary permits for the removal work with SCDHS. 4. Remove and dispose of existing above grade waste oil tank and associated piping, valves, and monitoring equipment. Obtain all necessary permits for the removal work with SCDHS. 5. Remove and dispose of existing above grade motor oil tank and associated piping, valves, and monitoring equipment. Obtain all necessary permits for the removal work with SCDHS. 6. New natural gas piping, equipment, and meter. Coordination with local utility. 7. New penetration sleeves, placement to be coordinated with Contract G. 8. New domestic water and fire service installation. 9. New backflow prevention installation for domestic water and fire service. 10. New domestic water piping, valves, and equipment. 11. New sanitary and vent piping, valves, and equipment. 12. New plumbing fixtures. 13. New water heating equipment. 14. Relocation of existing air compressor. Installation of new air dryer. 15. New Vehicle Lubrication Fluid storage and dispensing system and permitting. 16. New waste oil evacuation system and permitting. 17. New fire suppression system. 18. Disinfection and water quality testing for new domestic water piping. 19. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project. Provide complete services to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. Provide systems and equipment training for Owner personnel. 20. Modify and relocate components of the existing fuel station including vent piping, control panel (found in the existing bus garage) and underground control lines.
