The Brockton Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified persons, firms of corporations to provide On Call Mold Remediation Services to be performed at various housing sites located throughout the City of Brockton. The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years with the ability to renew the contract for two (2)additional years in one (1) year increments. The estimated contact value is $100,000.00 per year for a contract value of $300,000.00 Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope on the pricing sheets contained in the bid document. If the bid is submitted on any other form it will not be accepted as valid.Envelopes should be clearly marked, "IFB # 2025-11 ON CALL MOLD REMEDIATIONSERVICES". The last day for written questions is Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Reponses will be emailed to all Bidders on Record no later than Friday, September 5, 2025 by 4:00 PM. The Brockton Housing Authority reserves all rights as to treatment of bids, including the right to waive any informalities in,or reject any and all bids if deemed to be in it's the best interest. Bidders agree that their bids shall be made good and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days,Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded after the opening of Bids. The Brockton Housing Authority reserves the right to reject bids that are incomplete, not properly endorsed or signed or otherwise contrary to these instructions as being informal.
