purchase of the following item:Vinyl Sheet Pile, with the following specifications:Fixed price per sheet for the period of October 15, 2025, to October 14, 2026 Length of each: 12 ft Width of each: 18 in Specifications of Everlast Synthetic Products, LLC, ESP 2.1 Vinyl Sheet Pile or an approved equal that meets or exceeds the performance, durability, and dimensional specifications of the Everlast Synthetic Products, LLC, ESP 2.1 Vinyl Sheet Pile The fixed price for the period of October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2026, shall include delivery and offloading as needed throughout the contract period either to the SLLD main office located at17904 Hwy 3235, Galliano, LA 70354, or to locations within the boundaries, as decided by the SLLD, of the Larose to Golden Meadow Hurricane Protection System accessible by public or private road. Deliveries shall be requested of the successful bidder in quantities of 800-1,200sheets per delivery.Bid price shall specifically exclude any and all taxes. Bid should be submitted to the South Lafourche Levee District, P.O. Box 426, Galliano, LA 70354,with the envelope marked "Bid on Vinyl Sheet Pile". Bids will be accepted only by registered mail or certified mail or bid may be hand delivered in which case a receipt will be given to the bidder. All other mailings will be rejected. The South Lafourche Levee District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or to accept any bid that may serve its best interest.
