Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The City is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the demolition of all structures and improvements on seven (7) properties located at 4337 Milam Street, 4324 Culpepper Drive, 4313 Nagle Street, 4329 Milam Street, 4305 Milam Street, 722 Williamson Drive, 4401 Milam Street, in Bryan, Texas ("subject properties"). The properties are occupied by single-family residences and related improvements. Demolition of all seven (7) properties will require abatement and legal disposal of all asbestos-related materials and asbestos air monitoring per state and federal laws, demolition of all structures, removal of foundations, pavement, concrete, and legal disposal of all building materials, as specified in this bid document. The city is providing asbestos surveys for each property in Attachment A. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 at 10:00 AM CT all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing via Online Bidding System . 1. 4324 Culpepper Drive adjoins the west side of Culpepper Drive between Milam Street and Inlow Boulevard and occupies Lot 11 in Block 7 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35574). 2. 4337 Milam Street adjoins the east side of Milam Street between Inlow Boulevard and Fleetwood Street and occupies Lot 20 in Block 7 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35583). 3. 4313 Nagle Street adjoins the east side of Nagle Street between Foch Street and Maywood Drive and occupies Lot 20 in Block 5 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35539). 4. 4329 Milam Street adjoins the east side of Milam Street between Inlow Boulevard and Fleetwood Street and occupies Lot 22 in Block 7 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35585). 5. 4305 Milam Street adjoins the east side of Milam Street between Inlow Boulevard and Fleetwood Street and occupies Lot 28 in Block 7 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35591). 6. 722 Williamson Drive adjoins the west side of Williamson Drive between Roosevelt Street and Bomber Drive and occupies Lot 49 of Lakeview Neighborhood (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 31026). 7. 4401 Milam Street adjoins the east side of Milam Street between Inlow Boulevard and Fleetwood Street and occupies Lot 19 in Block 7 of Oak Terrace Subdivision (Brazos Central Appraisal District Property ID: 35582). Description of Work: Services provided are to include abatement and legal disposal of all asbestos- related materials and air monitoring per state and federal laws, demolition and disposal of all structures on the properties, removal of: footings, slabs, asphalt/concrete pavement parking areas/driveways, culverts, identified fences, debris, mailboxes and other undesirable objects. Services provided are also to include disconnecting and capping sanitary sewer service lines per city requirements, removal and disposal of all excess material, debris and trash, as well as providing fill dirt material and grading all demolition areas to a smooth, well drained, and mow-able condition. Please also refer to the site maps below for demolition specifications for each of the seven (7) properties All work under this contract must be completed by December 1, 2025
