SCOPE OF WORK Portland Community College seeks Progressive Design-Build services for an occupied remodel of the College's CLIMB Center at 1626 SE Water Ave, Portland, OR 97214. The proposed project will include a fast-track design-build of the entire third floor (9940 GSF) to convert from classroom space to open office space to house the Office of Planning & Capital Construction. The move-in date for the third floor tenant improvement project is desired by September 2026 and will be no later than November 2026. The project will also study a variety of deferred maintenance and other building improvements that may or may not be funded as part of this project.
