Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Professional Engineering Services for Detail Design, Services during Construction and Post-Construction Bermondsey Transfer Station Various Repairs and Rehabilitations, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) and Part 2 the Agreement (the "Project"). Detail design and site services during construction and post-construction for: - Installation of a New Metal Wall above the Existing Concrete Walls in the Leaf and Yard Waste Bunker. - Rehabilitation of Drainage in Haulage Lane Area. - Electrical Conduit Assessment and Rehabilitation for the Tipping Floor and the Levels Below. - Repair of the Tipping Floor Concrete Push Wall. - Southwest SSRM Bunker Tarp Repair. - Weigh Scale Repairs and Outbound Weigh Scale Deck Assessment. (Projects 1 and 2) - Two (2) projects where the Supplier was a Prime Consultant (Prime consultant is a consultant that has direct contract with the owner and who has been involved in preliminary and detailed design and provided services during construction and post construction), that involved structural and civil rehabilitation, structural strengthening and sanitary drainage system replacement and installation. Each project shall have a construction value of minimum $4 Million (excluding taxes). (Project 3) - One (1) project as a Prime Consultant that involved design and construction for a solid waste transfer station capacity of greater than 500 tonnes per day and a construction value of more than $3 Million (excluding taxes).
