Reference Number 0000396265 The Town of Cortlandt is requesting proposals to provide construction services to lower 3 catch basin frames and grates, remove and replace 1 catch basin with frame and grate, install approximately 75 linear feet of 15" HDPE drainage pipe and asphalt patch an area on Brook Lane by the work limits. The contractor shall examine the site and provide a LUMP SUM cost including all supervision, labor, personnel, material, equipment, incidentals and ancillary support necessary, unless otherwise noted herein to accomplish the work. In addition to the LUMP SUM Cost, the Contractor shall include a unit price line item to furnish, place and compact 4" asphalt concrete binder course (Type 3). This cost per square foot shall only apply to areas outside of the trench limits/restoration areas around catch basins and paid for only if needed.
