Reference Number 0000396262 Chautauqua County is looking for a contractor to construct a new B&G maintenance facility in Mayville, NY. No bids will be accepted after the designated date and time. Delay in mail delivery is not an exception to this rule. BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED VIA FACSIMILE OR E-MAIL. All work should be completed by May 30, 2026. The contract will end October 31, 2026. New Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Building, 29 Peacock Street, Mayville NY. The Work of the Project involves the construction of a new facility to house maintenance equipment for the Mayville Office Building complex. The work is further defined by the Contract Documents and not limited to the following: a. Establish building pad b. Excavation and footings c. Structural wood framing. d. Metal panel siding and trim e. Roofing, gutters and downspouts f. Doors, frames and hardware g. Interior finishes. h. All associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. he project shall be substantially complete by May 30, 2026. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 Questions Due By: All questions must be sent to the Purchasing Manager or Agent. The questions will be forwarded to the department or Engineering Firm for clarification
