AS of September 19, 2025 project is not awarded. Second Floor Deck Removal and Stair Replacement Bid Deposits - No Requirements The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Brief Description of the Work prepared by Name of Architect or Engineer acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the "Architect/Engineer". The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal of existing second floor deck, stair and dining room window. Replace with small landing and stair down from laundry room door to landing and gate. Replace dining room door with window to match. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Decking, window, railings, concrete and siding. C. Egress path must be maintained during construction MBE/WBE PARTICIPATION GOALS - NO REQUIREMENTS Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make such request to the Owner.
