Historic Southampton Town Hall - Masonry Restoration and Removal of Concrete Ramp. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 at 11:00 AM ET A pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Questions regarding bid process, plans, and specifications should be directed in writing to Scott Szczebak of the Town of Southampton The Town of Southampton invites sealed Bids for the Historic Southampton Town Hall Masonry and Stairs Restoration Project Phase I. The project includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required to masonry restoration, and removal of the concrete ramp to preserve and restore the building’s exterior historic appearance and determine existing conditions of the historic stairs beneath the ramp. This project is being funded by the U.S. National Parks Service (NPS), Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant. The project has received categorical exclusion from further NEPA analysis and has also gone through the Section 106 process and is approved to go forward with physical work. Please note that masonry cleaning should be completed with a water pressure of no more than 200 psi. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions and minimum wage rates required by M.G.L. c.149 as amended, and M.G.L. c.149, §§26 to 27H, inclusive, or by the federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, whichever hourly rate is higher
