**As of September 26, 2025, the project was awarded to B&L Electric, LLC, with an awarded amount of $203,534.36** For the construction, including the supply of necessary labour, materials and equipment, of an electric project for carthage water & electric plant (hereinafter called the "Owner"), to be known as project, sub 3-1 recloser replacement contract cw&ep-25-2lm, located in jasper county, missouri Any proposal received subsequent to the time specified will be promptly returned to the bidder unopened. This notice supplements the notice and instructions to bidders included as a part of the contract. This project consists of replacing four (4) 15kv circuit reclosers and associated bus work, grounding, conduit and wiring. The owner will furnish the circuit reclosers and fibber cables. The contractor is to furnish all other materials. Bidder's qualifications: proposals will be accepted only from those pre-qualified bidders invited by the owner to submit a proposal. Bid bond: each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check on a bank that is a member of the federal deposit insurance corporation, payable to the order of the owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price. Contractor's bond: the successful bidder will be required to furnish a contractor's bond with sureties listed by the united states treasury department as acceptable sureties, in a penal sum not less than the contract price and which contract price shall include the total cost of owner furnished materials.
