Frontier will then run new copper and fiber cables to refeed all customers to the new line on the west side. Frontier will need a concrete encased duct bank from MH 30 on the north east corner of Bridge St and RT 159 to P651 & P652. The State's contractor will be installing approximately 450' of concrete encased duct bank consisting of 6-4" conduits for Frontier. This material will be provided to the contractor by Frontier. Once all of the utilities relocation is complete, Frontier will remove our cables and poles from the east side of the road. The following is a description of all utility work planned to be completed in conjunction with the CTDOT project. The narrative describes all work to be carried out by the utility or its contractor, including temporary and permanent work required by the project as well as any additional utility infrastructure work the utility intends on performing within the project limits during the construction of the project.
