Site work for a water / sewer project in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the rehabilitation of 28 manholes; consisting of the removal and disposal of debris material, repointing/repair of chimney riser sections, chemical sealing of cracks, joints and/or pipe connections, repair of invert and bench areas, coating of interior manhole surfaces, or other related work to restore manhole water-tightness. The manholes scheduled for rehabilitation are located throughout the town of Tewksbury in either grass or paved roadways. Doc note: Completed orders may be picked up at the office of Accent Printing located at 99 Chelmsford Road, North Billerica, MA 01862, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Copies may also be shipped to prospective bidders for an additional charge to cover handling and mailing fees. All payments for printing and shipping are nonrefundable. For addition to the project plan holder's list to guarantee receipt of addenda, it is required that all interested bidders obtain the Contract Documents directly from Accent. Interested bidders will be prompted to register an email address with Accent to access the documents. Contract Documents can only be obtained through Accent Printing. Contract Documents may also be examined, but not obtained, at the DPW Office during the following hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
