The County of Rockland Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a supplier/contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to remove and replace existing Rite Hite safety gates or approved equal. Questions shall be emailed to purchasing@co.rockland.ny.us and addressed to Paul J. Brennan, FNIGP, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, Director of Purchasing. The Solicitation Number must appear in the subject line of the email communication. All questions must be submitted within five (5) business days prior to the scheduled close date and time of the solicitation. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Existing Units to be removed are Rite-Hite Dok-Guardian Light Duty (photos attached) 1.2.1. Dock#1 - 1 common member safety barrier consisting of 4 wardens and 3 openings. 1.2.2. Dock#2 - 2 standalone units consisting of 2 wardens and 1 opening. 1.3. Existing footprints shall be mirrored with new units.
