Site visit: There is no mandatory site visit organised by the organisation. If bidders still wish to visit the site, they must contact the technical advisor before 2025 08 29 to schedule an appointment. After this deadline, no appointment will be made. Tenderers wishing to make an appointment must accommodate the project manager's schedule. Appointments must be made by e-mail to the following address: csohl4@omhrn.com. Please indicate the title, project number and "Site visit required" in the subject line of the e-mail. The project manager will respond to the request as soon as possible. If access to internal facilities is required, the Tenderer must allow the Owner a minimum of 72 hours. The "Owner" does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or costs of any kind to the tenderer(s).
