Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garner, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision for the construction of the WHITE DEER PARK INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND (SITE WORK). The project includes the redesign of an existing playground that is located adjacent to the nearby Nature Park Center. The site currently consists of an existing natural playground area consisting of rolling topography, a combination of softscape and hardscape play elements, existing pedestrian circulation pathways and is adjacent to an existing picnic structure, parking lot with accessible parking and a nearby open event lawn. There are existing trees within the site and significant wooded areas along the edge of the existing playground area. The intent is to provide a nature themed, inclusive and accessible playground that will replace the current playground that needs significant repairs/ replacement. The proposed playground will include several new pieces of play equipment including a large play tower with slides, an accessible embankment slide, climbing structure, swing set, spinners, musical instruments and poured in place rubber and artificial turf surfacing. The design also includes an accessible bridge, concrete seat walls, concrete paving, a mound, boulder walls and plantings. Playground equipment will be Owner Provided, under a separate contract. The site work contractor is NOT responsible for purchasing or installing play equipment, artificial turf surfacing, rubber play surfacing or play surfacing stone base.
