The project consists of all necessary prep to perform the indicated work in the following areas: 1. Mechanical demo and installation for (2) HW boilers, (17) RTUs (55) VAVs, and (2) DHW heaters. 2. Electrical panels, conduit, and wiring for new mechanical equipment. 3. Building Automation/Controls for new HVAC system. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. No bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty.
