The work comprises the placement of asphalt concrete wearing course having an average depth after compaction of two inches, asphalt concrete wedge course and asphaltic curb and other related work as listed on the proposal form. The installation of a EV charging station at Village Hall rear Parking lot and trench drain. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work described herein. The Village reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any item or items as may be deemed advisable in the best interest of the Village without penalty, Work quantities are estimates. The Village proposes to resurface the streets listed below. Except where indicated, streets in the contract shall be resurfaced for their entire length and have asphalt curbs replaced, stop bars yellow double lines and cross walks rethatched.
