Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bradenton, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 52,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Design for the construction of a new 52,000 square foot single-story building which will provide a repair garage, parts department, wash bay, crew support, administration, building services, site work, and future expansion. Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as County) will receive qualification proposal responses (Proposals) from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida (Proposers), to provide Professional Design Services as specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATION REQUESTS: The deadline to submit all questions, inquiries, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to this RFQ to the Manatee County Procurement Division is September 11, 2025 by 4:00 P.M. ET.
