Echelon/Lockwood Glen Site Infrastructure Project Completion - Grading Contractor Services Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Deadline for optional submittal in writing of questions of a non-procedural nature seeking to clarify or revise any aspect of this procurement solicitation Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive minor informalities. The Project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the following Work: The work required for Lockwood subdivision will be regrading existing of erosion, stabilizing, and removing old erosion control measures. The work required at Echelon subdivision will be removing woody debris from an oufall structure and removing old erosion control measures. No pre-bid conference has been scheduled for this project.
