Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spring Grove, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Project upgrades electrical service to all 152 campsites to all be a minimum of 50-amp service. These upgrades include trenching in new wiring and adding more larger supply transformers and power panels. The Project will provide each campsite with an electrical box which includes a 50-amp plug, 30-amp plug, and a 20-amp plug (with GFCI breakers as required by the NEC). This will accommodate any and all camping units. The Project also upgrades the supply equipment and fixtures/lamps to the campground support facilities, including shower buildings, sewage treatment plant, shop buildings, privies, and site security lights. Project includes all excavation, trenching, backfill, patching, final grading, seeding, cleaning, and all final site restoration. Project shall coordinate with ComEd and perform all digging for ComEd. Project will install all the primary cable raceways for ComEd to install primary cables in project supplied raceways. All primary circuits are lopped through feed through transformers. Project has been cancelled
