IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents in order to comply with the amendments made to the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies, which came into force on March 20, 2025. We invite you to carefully read all the contractual documentation to take note of the changes made. Diesel fuel price adjustment Please note that the contract under this tender provides for an adjustment of the price of diesel fuel. The terms of this adjustment are provided for in the Additional Instructions as well as in the Additional General Conditions. Recommendation for electronic submission The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, as a result, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through SEAO. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested to bidders that they apply as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of 3 seasons from its effective date. The probable date of commencement of services is November 1, 2025. TENDER GUARANTEE No bid security is required. All bidders should note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by this bidder to the Company for the next two years. CONDITIONS Only bids that meet the following conditions will be considered: 1- The bidder must have an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 2- Quebec or otherwise Canadian services required The services provided by the successful tenderer must be Quebec or otherwise Canadian services, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Additional Instructions. Tenderers should note that a site visit is strongly recommended.
