The City of Cambridge would like to invite you to submit a bid for On-Call Equipment & Appliance Repair Services for CPS. These specification include but are not limited to, the following types of equipment/appliances, in both gas and electric versions, at each facility, where applicable: convection ovens, combi ovens, impinging ovens, conveyor ovens, tilt skillets, food steamers, ranges, induction burners, panini presses, grills, mixers, buffalo choppers, dish washers, holding cabinets, merchandizing warmers, serving lines with hot and cold well, etc. The undersigned certifies that this bid is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation making any other bid or who otherwise would make a bid. The undersigned agrees to furnish the services in strict accordance with the bid documents, which consist of this Invitation for Bid and all attachments hereto. "The submitted bid must be without conditions, exceptions or modifications to the bid document". Question Deadline 08/27/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via online. This bid process and the award of the contract are made in conformity with M.G.L. c. 30B, unless otherwise stated. The City reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids if it is in best interest of the City to do so.
