Provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repair services for Salem Maritime National Historic Site and Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site. Services include inspections, preventive maintenance, and time-and-materials-based repairs of plumbing, heating, and waste disposal equipment. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Scope of Work. The contract includes a base year and two option years for both sites, with firm-fixed-price line items for scheduled maintenance and time-and-materials line items for unscheduled repairs.
