Seal HVAC ducting and renew HVAC insulation in the administration office at U.S. Coast Guard Base Charleston, SC. All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to complete the work. A mandatory site visit is required to verify all work details and existing conditions prior to submitting a quote. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
