The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to accomplish the construction project set forth, in accordance with the attached statement of work specifications, drawings, and all other terms, conditions, and provisions as set forth herein. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the date offers are due. A site visit is scheduled for September 10, 2025, from 0900 to 1000 local time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than one week before the proposal due date.
