Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The City of Cambridge (City) received Federal-aid funding through the Transpor-tation Alternatives Program to construct new sidewalk, driveways, and necessary drainage improvements on the west side of US 95 (Superior St), from approximate-ly 260 feet south of Washington Avenue to Hopper Avenue, on the south side of US 95 (Central Blvd) from Superior Street to the east side of Railroad Street, and on the south side of Hopper Avenue from 1st Street to 2nd Street. This project will fill the sidewalk gaps and provide connectivity to the Weiser River Trail and Washing-ton County Fairgrounds. Bids are requested for the following Contract: KN 23909, US 95 Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements Phase 3 The Project has an expected duration of 40 days. The City of Cambridge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of the City.
