Question Deadline 09/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET CD 49-3.12.7 EBMA Combined Sewer Outfall Rehabilitation Project consists of rehabilitation of five (5) river back-flow devices, including removal and replacement of check valves and headwalls; installation of rip rap stone; clearing vegetation and ensuring site access; erosion and sedimentation control; locate underground utilities; secure required permits; conduct field engineering; other appurtenances as required by municipal engineer. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Steel Rivers Council of Governments and in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will immediately enter into Agreement after the Notice of Award of the Contract and commence start of contracted work immediately thereafter.
