Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and specifications do not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Rowlett Creek RWWTP Filter Retrofit :- This project is located at 1600 Los Rios Blvd, Plano, TX 75074. This project consists of retrofitting the Roberts Filter No. 8 at the Rowlett Creek RWWTP. The filter retrofit will include demolition of the existing filter floor and underdrain system, installation of a new filter underdrain system, and replacement of filter media.
