The County of Brant is accepting proposals for consulting services over a four (4) year term for biennial OSIM inspections and documentation, biennial supplementary structure inspections and documentation, Bridge Management Study (BMS) Update and summary report, assist County Staff in bridge budget preparations and assistance in non-scheduled and/or emergency situations for both roadway and rail structures. To meet the requirements of Ontario Reg. 588/17, the overall Bridge Condition Index (BCI) must be provided for each structure. Also, the County is in the process of implementing PSD Citywide as the corporate Asset Management software and as such the inspection data must be provided to the County in such a manner (CSV file, etc.) that it can be uploaded to the software.
