The building, built in the 1970s, covers 18,096 square feet, with about 9,048 square feet per floor across two floors. It houses the Darlington County Clemson Extension Office and the South Carolina Department of Social Services Offices. All proposals should include a detailed plan for repairing the Mozingo Building façade. Proposals must cover all costs related to labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees required to complete the project.
