Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eustis, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Base Bid work scope includes the Phase 1 work as identified on the Kimley Horn Engineering design package entitled "Greenwood Cemetery Improvements". This work includes, but is not limited to: grading and excavation, stormwater swales, sitework, pavers, sidewalks, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, and electrical to create an area of "Estate Plots" and a "Cremation Garden" at the City's Greenwood Cemetery. The bid document's work scope also includes several bid alternates to include a Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the design package with work similar as described above.. Additionally, an additional bid alternate is also requested for the construction of a "Veteran's Memorial" as described in the City of Eustis site design package and Murray Design Group landscape improvement package. This work scope will include minor grading, decorative knee wall, paver installation, landscape and irrigation.
