IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Company has revised its contractual documents to comply with the amendments to the Regulation respecting construction contracts for public bodies, which came into force on 20 March 2025. We invite you to read all the contractual documentation carefully to take note of the changes made. The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, therefore, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically via the SEAO. Authorization to contract/Revenu Quebec certification Tenderers are strongly advised to apply as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, for their Revenu Quebec attestation and, where applicable, their application for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. The work required under this tender must be completely completed in 13 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The likely date for the start of work is between November 1 and December 1, 2025. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION No bid guarantee is required. All bidders must note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by this bidder to the Company during the next two years. CONDITIONS Only tenders submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions in particular will be considered: 1- The bidder must have the required qualifications and hold the licences required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1). 2- The Bidder must have an establishment where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal office hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 3- Requirement for Quebec or other Canadian construction work The construction work carried out by the successful bidder must be Quebec or other Canadian construction work, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Supplementary Instructions. An information meeting followed, if necessary, by a visit to the work site will be conducted by the Company's project manager. Interested bidders should arrive on September 4, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at 124 Route 132, Perce, Quebec G0C 2L0. The meeting point will be at the main entrance of the courthouse. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. The public opening of tenders will take place on the closing date and time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for any person to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing, recording or broadcasting of the video recording of the opening is possible.
