This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial landscaping and maintenance services prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12.6 and 13. Quotes are requested for a firm-fixed-price contract covering a base year and four option years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to perform landscaping and maintenance as specified in the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561730, with a size standard of $9.5 million. The applicable Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination is 2015-5633, Revision 24 for Monterey County, California. Quotes must include completed FAR Provision 52.212-3 or a statement confirming its completion and validity in SAM.gov.
