Site work for a water / sewer project in Oakdale, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1.1 General: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and any other item of expense necessary for the application of cleaning compounds and washing techniques resulting in the complete surface cleaning and removal of mildew from the entire exterior exposed surfaces of water storage facilities, elevated tanks, standpipes, and reservoirs (the entire water storage facility is to be cleaned, not just the mildew). Work also includes the application of a mildew inhibitor upon the completion of the cleaning and mildew removal. 1.2 Location of Work: Location of water storage facilities, elevated tanks, standpipes and reservoirs where Work under this Contract is to be performed is specified in Section 01010 - Summary of Work.
