All salvage materials shall be removed from the site upon completion. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the unit operates properly and communicates with the building automation system. The Condensing Unit shall be a TRANE-10 Ton, Dual Compressor, model TTA 1204 D and be compatible with the exiting AHU. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Mt. Pleasant.
