Registration with the engineer is required to receive updates for addenda. Direct all questions and requests for information regarding the contract documents to the engineer. B. BID SECURITY AND BONDS 1. Bid Security of 5% will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. 2. Bonds will be required in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions. The project consists of all excavation and grading necessary to construct the shooting range and berms. Detention pond, swale, storm sewer pipes, range lighting and temporary power connections as well as a temporary climate-controlled shooting range control room. Alternates for additional scope are included on the bid form. . Conference room is downstairs, enter through front doors off Mechanic Street. Receptionist will need to unlock internal doors. 3 TYPE OF CONTRACT A. Lump sum for General Contract Work, including all miscellaneous construction.
