Installation of approximately 6970 SR of rubberbond safety surfacing. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Vendor is responsible for calling dig safe. 2. Vendor must coordinate installation with Director of Parks and Recreation and complete work with no additional costs. 3. Vendor must inspect shipments to ensure that products comply with requirements, quantities are correct, and products are undamaged. 4. Vendor must ensure that products are stored in accordance with manufacturer's instructions to prevent damage. 5. Vendor must prepare surfaces and remove unsuitable materials to provide for proper installation. 6. Vendor must prepare installation site with agreed upon safety surfacing to meet all safety requirements based on fall zones. 7. Vendor must verify that new equipment will be installed in compliance with existing safety zone surfacing requirements.
