All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid, as provided by Section 43-07-07 of the North Dakota Century Code. One existing cooling tower had a shipping weight of 20,900 lbs. according to the original shop drawing submittal. The Mechanical contractor shall verify all weights and be responsible for the correct crane size when removing the existing tower. A certified or bank check will not be acceptable as Bid Security. Question Deadline 08/27/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
