Furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the installation of Lower Rocky Creek WRF 42" & 24" Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The Project consists of rehabilitation of gravity sewer pipe using trenchless cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), manhole rehabilitation using cementitious mortar lining, including bypass pumping required to install lining. The Project will be awarded in one Contract. Fifty-one percent (51%) of the Work under the Contract Documents must be self-performed by the General Contractor. The Project will be awarded by base bid plus selected alternates on a lump sum basis for the performance and completion of all Work required by the Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, prepared on the form of Bid Bond that is part of the Contract Documents, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570. Bidders must comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation Requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder shall affix to the outside of its Bid envelope the Bidder's Georgia Utility Contractor License Number. A license number of a Utility Manager or a subcontractor is insufficient, and any Bid that fails to affix to the outside of its Bid envelope the Bidder's Georgia Utility Contractor License Number may be rejected. The successful Bidder for this Project shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, satisfactory to the Owner, each in the amount of 100 % of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
