Rodda Construction, Inc., on behalf of Polk County Public Schools, is currently pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for any and all trades for the Bartow Middle School Gymnasium Project (PCPS Project #C-00363) located at 550 E. Clower St., Bartow, FL 33830. The scope of work for this project includes: sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete (flat-work & vertical), masonry (block & brick), structural steel, sidewalks, cabinetry and millwork, insulation, roofing & flashing, windows/ glazing, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tackboards, signage, misc. specialties, lockers, projection screens, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
