As of October 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 04, 2025. This public works project will include the construction of approximately 3,930 feet of DI water main and appurtenances, 5,603 feet of storm sewer and appurtenances, and 3,345 feet of sanitary sewer and appurtenances, drive approaches, sidewalks, and full pavement replacement, and restoration along Harrison Street from Oakland Avenue to Third Street. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Indiana, payable without condition to the City of Elkhart, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by bidder and surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained by bidder. The Board will award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all bids or portions thereof
