Collin – 49 & 50 ProjectDescription Texoma Housing Partners is accepting bids for Roof Replacement on the Leonard Housing Addition in accordance with the following specifications. Specifications include obtaining any permits needed through the city, tearing off one layer of metal and two total layers of shingles and felt, removing 2x2 metal drip edge, all metal pipe jacks and gas vents from Units 27-50 (11 buildings). Replacing any bad decking (a separate bid component), installing 30-year architectural shingles (color- Weatherwood), new synthetic felt, new metal base pipe jacks, new metal gas vent pipe jacks, new storm collars, and new gas vents. Installing new power pole split boots on buildings with power coming through the roof, new drip edge, and ice and water shield in the valleys on E. Collin. Replacing any relief vents. 1 cnails are required with a minimum of 5 nails per shingle. Painting all pipe jacks and gas vents to match shingle color. Cleaning up and hauling off all metal, old shingles and trash. All areas must be thoroughly rolled with a magnet to pick up all nails. All contractors will be responsible for checking that gas vents are properly installed in the units after removing the pipe jacks and gas vents
