Brewster and Modular Building Demolition at MCI-Framingham Every General Bidder must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management for the category of work and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project for projects exceeding $100,000. This project is scheduled for 60 calendar days to substantial completion and in general includes. Minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws. Wage rates are given in the Instructions to Bidders. Each general bid and filed sub-bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid amount, including all alternates, in the form of a bid bond, a certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
