Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to grinding existing pavement, placement of paving fabric and placement of new pavement. Other work includes ditching, tree stump grinding, culvert cleanout, and protecting existing drain inlets, utility monuments and covers. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. All questions must be received by 12:00 P.M. on September 7, 2025, by either email: roberto.delatorrereal@countyofnapa.org, or mail: Roberto De La Torre Real, Napa A mandatory bidder's list will be required to participate in bidding for this project.
